All services provided by Advanced Internet Advertising Services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. this includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrete and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Internet Advertising Services from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any Advanced Internet Advertising Services server. This includes sites that may infur sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. Advanced Internet Advertising Services will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Multiple users or Themes within a domain
Any account that wishes to house additional accounts in subdirectories of there domain or multi-theme in there subdirectories may do so. We must put data transfer limitations on these accounts. Traffic will go unmonitored to you reach 3 gigs. Then normal data transfer costs will apply.
What constitutes multi-user

• Sites with multiple logins.
  
• Sites housing multiple directories with unrelated information
  
• Sites with more than one main page.
• Multiple hosts resolving at a ip or domain name we provide
  

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option. We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Background running programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background , these are considered on a one to one basis and a extra charge will be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an Advanced Internet Advertising Services server or using an email address that is maintained on an Advanced Internet Advertising Services machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Advanced Internet Advertising Services will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Server abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to an Advanced Internet Advertising Services server or customer of Advanced Internet Advertising Services is strictly prohibited.

Any Sub-Networks of Advanced Internet Advertising Services and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.
